A Refuge at Sculpture on Shore

Sculpture on the Shore is a bi-annual fundraising event run by Friends of Women’s Refuge. In 2016, as part of a small team, I helped create and run a mock refuge inside a shipping container.

Designed by set designer Chris Elliot, and built with the help of Bunnings Warehouse and Aurelia Productions, this successful exhibition gave guests insight into how the money raised had previously been spent, and the power of small comforts for families facing crisis.
